Welcome to Irish Fest Camden 2025 Vendor Registration

Vendors & exhibitors reserving space at the 9th Annual Irish Fest Camden shall complete the following contract with Irish Fest Camden, LLC (IFC). All organizations, individuals, civic groups, and vendors are required to complete this document. IFC reserves the right to deny participation to any vendor. If an application is denied, payment will be refunded within thirty (30) days.

Please choose your vendor type & space. Carefully review space sizes - these are the size of your space, not your tent. Tents are not provided. Tents must NOT go beyond your allotted space. Please use qty field - minimum is one space. Maximum is 3 spaces. Retail vendors are defined as Direct Sales (products for customers to carry home the day of the event), MLM (1 per company), Original Works, Art, or Hand Crafted items. Vendors are curated - at the sole discretion of the IFC Vendor Committee. If your application is denied because we have filled that vendor type, you will be given a full refund. If your application is denied because you chose the wrong vendor type, you will be given a full refund minus payment processing fees.

Requirements for Cooking on Festival Grounds

Vendor stations are subject to inspection by the fire marshal and must be in compliance with all requirements herein.
Portable fire extinguishers shall be provided, a minimum of 2A10BC in size, where any cooking or open flame is present.
Combustible materials shall not be located near any open flame or other device emitting flame, fire or heat.
Cooking areas shall be segregated by at least a 4 feet barrier to prevent traffic flow and accidental injuries.
Operations such as warming of foods, cooking demonstrations and similar operations that use solid flammables, butane or similar devices which do not pose an ignition hazard, shall be approved by the Fire Marshal before use.
All cooking and heating equipment shall be approved and safe for operation.
LP gas containers shall be located outside and away from paths of travel. Tanks shall be secured in place.
Outdoor cooking that produces sparks or grease-laden vapors shall not be performed within 20 feet of a tent, canopy or membrane structure.
Flammable-liquid fueled equipment shall not be used in any enclosed tents or canopies, because of harmful fumes and the potential of fuel spills.
Electrical power supply shall be plugged directly into an approved receptacle or power tap. Extension cords shall serve only one portable appliance. No open splices or open junction boxes allowed.
Ampacity of the extension cords shall not be less than the rated capacity of the portable appliance.
Extension cords shall be maintained in good condition without splices, deterioration or damage.
Extension cords shall be grounded when serving grounded portable appliances.
Extension cords and wiring shall be properly secured to prevent trip hazards.
Tents and membrane structures having an excess of 200 square feet and canopies in excess of 400 square feet may be used only upon approval of the Fire Marshal.
Tents, canopies and their appurtenances shall be anchored, roped, and braced to withstand elements of weather and prevent collapse. Adequate weight shall be used at all corners.

Set-Up, Electricity and Location:

Vendor set-up is Friday, February 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The Kershaw County Airport is fenced and secured. Saturday morning set-up is by pre-approval only. Location is the Kershaw County Airport and will be fenced in.
All vehicles must be removed from the field by 9:00 am Saturday morning.
Vendors will not be allowed to pack up their tents or leave until after 5:00 pm, even if you have sold all items.
Each retail vendor space is approximately 15’ x 15’. You may reserve multiple, consecutive spaces.
Your location is based on festival needs. Each vendor shall adhere to the pre-registered size of your space(s). Your location is not negotiable, nor transferable.
Food vendors will receive four (4) tickets and Retail vendors will receive two (2) tickets per reserved space. Vendors will be emailed a coupon code for their free tickets to obtain through the festival website: www.irishfestcamden.com. Tickets will have a QR code which will be scanned for entry into the festival grounds. Additional tickets will need to be purchased through the festival website at general admission pricing. Tickets are required for entry into the fenced airport grounds.
Vendor set-up instructions will be emailed to you the week of the event.
Food vendors are encouraged to have at least one Irish menu item. This is not required, but may be to your advantage when food vendors are selected, since a limited number are accepted.
Electricity is not available. If you require electricity overnight on Friday or during the Saturday festival, you must supply a generator. Vendors are responsible for securing extension cords to prevent tripping hazards.
Vendors must supply all booth elements. You are encouraged to bring tents, umbrellas, tables, and chairs. Tables, chairs, or other items are not available to borrow from the festival committee.
Vendors shall adequately weight tents. It doesn’t take much of a breeze to lift a tent. Many Retail vendors will be located on the airport runway and must adequately secure tents with cinder blocks, sand bags, or weights.
